It has responsibility for the provision of learning materials and for administrative and student support services.

The Role & Your Responsibilities

This position works within the Exams, Awards and Graduations Office, with responsibility for administration of the end-of-semester examination functions within the University. The role has responsibility for the end to end processes of the exam activities which includes but is not limited to: timetabling activities, communications, seating, and the day to day operation of the central examination venues. The position will also support other functions of the Unit as workload permits i.e. graduation activities.

Skills & Experience Required

You will have demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to manage complexity. You will have highly developed administration skills including the ability to plan, prioritise, monitor and evaluate the needs and demands of a busy office. Furthermore, you will have strong written and verbal communication skills and a high attention to detail. Experience in student information within the Higher Education and TAFE Sector will be highly desirable.
