Associate Director of Clinical Finance

The Associate Director of Clinical Finance reports directly to the Director of Finance and Analytics. The Associate Director of Clinical Finance directly oversees the Office of Clinical Finance and is responsible for the major aspects of the revenue reporting cycle including monthly reporting and analysis and the underlying business processes for billing, payment plans and claims management. The Associate Director of Clinical Finance works in conjunction with the Clinical Team and Operations Team in ensuring compliance with established controls, guidelines and regulations. The incumbent will provide reports and analysis that affect the overall direction of clinical operations and strategic planning. The Associate Director of Clinical Finance is responsible for the development and maintenance of audit planning that aids the Compliance Program and Operations Team with risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
5-8 years of experience and Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Additional qualifications include:
Internal Audit experience a plus
Knowlendge of Accounting and GAAP
Superb verbal and written communication skills, working effectively indepedently and collegially
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail oriented with problem solving ability and strong decision making skills
Fluent in MS Office suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities
