The Registry team is responsible for the quality assurance of academic provision and for all aspects of student administration, from admission through to graduation. We provide a wide range of administrative services for students and staff. 

We are looking for Registry Executive Assistant to join our team to provide a professional and effective service to support the Academic Registry, ensuring all administrative duties are carried out to a high standard. The post holder will report to and work closely with the Academic Registrar, providing support and creating a work environment that is allows for the Academic Registry Team to operate efficiently.

The Registry Executive Assistant would ensure high standards are being met in all aspects of University policy under the remit of the Academic Registry Team.

Successful applicants will need previous experience working in Higher Education, as well as having an ever evolving and extensive knowledge of Higher education policies and procedures. As well as being able to manage and work closely with others the role requires for decision making and an ability to work alone as well. He or She who is successful in applying for the role would also be responsible for tasks the Academic Registrar may wish to delegate at the time.
