About the job
We are looking for experienced managers to shape the strategy and culture of the School of Engineering and the School of Education at the University of South Australia, and ensure the efficient and effective operational management of the School.
As the critical interface between the School and the wider University stakeholders, the School Manager will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism whilst managing the effective delivery of a wide range of functions including research administration and teaching and learning activities, creating business strategies and driving a continuous improvement culture.
Skills and Experience
You will be an experienced manager, with proven success in leading, mentoring and developing high performing teams and fostering partnerships with stakeholders across the business to drive success.
Proven experience in the effective synthesis and analysis of data, strong business acumen and experience in project management and change management will ensure success in this challenging role.
