Are you an enthusiastic Lecturer in Nursing with the desire to contribute to the professional preparation of nurses?

The School of Health is responsible for learning and teaching in the areas of Social Work, Humanitarian & Community Studies, Midwifery, Child and Family Health, Health Science, and Nursing. Our undergraduate nursing units are offered in both internal and external modes. The versatility of this nursing program ensures students from beginner to more advanced levels are able to pursue lifelong learning and enjoy a range of career opportunities.

As the Lecturer in Health – Nursing, you will contribute to the educational preparation of pre-registration and post-graduate nursing students through provision of instruction in the theory and practice of professional nursing and will be expected to contribute to at least one specialist clinical area including medical-surgical nursing.

To be successful, you will hold a postgraduate degree in nursing, be eligible for registration as a registered nurse as well as demonstrated academic teaching experience at tertiary level.
