Senior Financial Analyst, Energy, Facilities Management & Planning, Finance & Administration
Establish priorities, plan and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Energy Administration Functions. Develop, implement and manage Department’s $55 million utilities budget (or 45% of Facilities’ annual budget) that encompasses the Charles River Campus, Medical Campus and NEIDL. Negotiate contracts to capture best non-regulated utility pricings. Manage energy and utility companies to ensure service performance and contract compliance. Individual will also manage/support budget and projects undertaken by Planning & Design. In this capacity they will track and tend budgets, meet regularly with all managers to ensure all project budgets are on target, and assist with preparing/submitting contracts forward for signature.
B.A./B.S. required, Master's preferred. Three to five years' work experience.
