The Swinburne Student Amenities Association (SSAA) Limited is responsible for overseeing the provision of a range of services to students of Swinburne University of Technology. These services include Clubs and Sport, Leadership and Volunteering, Advocacy, and Marketing, Events and Promotions. SSAA is a wholly owned company of Swinburne University of Technology with student representation on its board.

A Finance and Administration Officer is required to be responsible for supporting the achievement of SSAA’s values, mission and goals. The successful applicant will deliver all administrative and operational aspects of finance and administration function for SSAA.

The successful incumbent will have the opportunity to development and implement service initiatives, and support various steams within SSAA to deliver quality student experience at Swinburne,

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • A relevant associate diploma qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Demonstrated relevant experience in administration and finance
  • Demonstrated ability and capacity to contribute to the development of a positive and co-operative team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service, to implement new initiatives and take an innovative approach to customer service
