The role and your responsibilities

The Senior Coordinator, Academic Services role is one of four positions that share responsibility for the effective coordination and administration of all academic administration activities and processes across all programs, modes and locations. Each of the four roles will take primary responsibility for one of four key areas within academic administration: Admissions, Credit Assessment, Enrolments or Assessment Services.

The role works closely with Academic Services Managers and has shared leadership, management and coordination responsibility for ensuring that all academic administration operations and delivery are effective and streamlined across all programs, modes and locations.

Skills & Experience required

Your demonstrated successes in in the coordination and delivery of academic services across one or more key functional areas including admissions, credit assessment, assessments or enrolments will be critical to your success in this role. Some experience in managing staff and in coordinating projects together with an ability to research, analyse and interpret a wide range of information, leading to relevant, strategic written analyses of key issues and rational decision making will be essential.
