Lecturer or Clinical Educator in Online Social Work Program

The School offers a range of educational programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the Logan and Gold Coast campuses and with online programs for both the Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees. The School has a strong research focus with academic staff from diverse disciplinary backgrounds.
This is a continuing, full-time position primarily based at the God Coast campus, however the successful applicant may also be required to work on other campuses of the University.
This position is integral for the continued development of the online Master of Social Work program. The position will contribute to the administration and promotion of the School and its social work programs. Teaching will be in specified courses within the School, at the direction of Head of School.
The successful candidate will be required to place students undertaking the online Master of Social Work and to assist with the placement of international students and supervision of students in the Griffith Social Work Clinic while contributing to scholarship and community service.
The successful applicant will have tertiary qualifications in Social Work, preferably with a higher degree. The applicant will also have experience in field education and supervision. The appointee will work with the School's Social Work Field Education program and industry partners to achieve excellence in social work.
Associate Lecturer, Level A: $62,552 - $84,887 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $73,186 - $99,318 per annum.
Lecturer, Level B: $89,357- $106,115 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $104,548 - $124,154 per annum.
