The DCM oversees the aesthetic delivery of the Crawley Campus, acclaimed as one of the most beautiful in the world, together with a campus in the Perth suburb of Claremont, and one in Albany, in the south of Western Australia.

The DCM leads multi-disciplinary teams of professional staff, clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors responsible for managing the University’s estate, and provides strategic leadership across campus planning and design, delivery of major capital development, and facilities based client services.

This appointment is suited to commercially orientated professionals with expertise in strategic planning, particularly strategic asset planning, property management, policy development and general management.  These credentials will be complimented with broad and extensive senior leadership experience in project management and the planning and the delivery of major and complex strategies, initiatives and projects.  A relevant tertiary qualification, such as Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or a related field is expected.
