Salary: £28,185 to £33,210 per annum pro rata - including London Allowance
This is the expected starting salary for this post however appointment at a higher point may be made for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and experience relevant to the role.

Applications are invited for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Human Resources.
The Executive Assistant will provide a business management function, ensuring that the senior team are appropriately briefed and kept abreast of issues arising in their areas. Typical duties may include managing diaries, prioritising workload and acting as a first point of contact. As well as their operational responsibilities the post holder will have an important representational role when responding to students, staff, parents, stakeholders, members of the public and VIP’s requests
The successful candidate will be proactive and enthusiastic and be confident using their own initiative. They must be able to demonstrate they can interact with people at all levels and be effective in building working relationships both internally and externally. Strong communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English are therefore an essential requirement, together with discretion, tact and diplomacy. Further essential skills include an organised approach, minute taking experience, the ability to solve problems and previous experience providing support at Board level.
The post will be required to support committee and working groups and organise events, which will require some out of hours working.
This is a full time, permanent role based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
