Boston University School of Law is seeking to hire a part-time instructor in property and real estate law in its LLM in American Law Program for Foreign Lawyers. The two-credit class will take place during the first six weeks of the spring 2018 semester. It is designed to provide international LL.M. students interested in taking a US bar exam with a fundamental understanding of the essential doctrines of real property law, including possession, ownership, rights in land, conveyances, estates, future interests, real estate contracts, easements, land use disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and land use controls, among others.
Boston University School of Law is seeking to hire a part-time instructor in copyright and trademark for the school’s LLM in American Law Program for Foreign Lawyers. The two-credit class will take place during the spring 2018 semester. It is designed to provide international LL.M. students with a fundamental understanding of copyright and trademark doctrine, and its practical application in a range of commercial settings and industries.
Prior law school teaching experience is strongly preferred.
