The Business School is seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Marketing.  We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and highly motivated team player to deliver high quality teaching and research.  The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, and have experience of developing and leading both modules and programmes.  The post-holder will be expected to take the lead in designing and delivering postgraduate programmes in Marketing and should have some experience in learning and teaching enhancement matters within a school setting.

The successful applicant will have a doctorate and will be an active researcher, engaging in research of the highest quality, with an emerging publication record and strong publication trajectory.  Not only will the post-holder need to demonstrate proven success in research, but also clear plans for continuing their research at Buckingham.  The post holder will be involved in the supervision of postgraduate dissertations and doctoral students.

The person appointed must be able to work effectively as a part of a small team and will be committed to a student-focused approach to University life and teaching.  The Business School prides itself on its student-friendly approach and the post-holder must enjoy working with students both in class and as a personal tutor.
