The University of Greenwich is seeking to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in the School of Law, a diverse and innovative law school with a commitment to the student experience.  You will join the Law Programme Team with enthusiastic and dedicated colleagues who are committed to developing their own and the School’s teaching, research, employability and innovation profile.

This role has both teaching and research elements, with the successful candidate expected to deliver innovative teaching, produce impactful research publications, and bid for research funding. You will have a good first degree (1 or 2:1) and a PhD in law or a related discipline and a research profile commensurate with your career stage. Candidates for this post will be expected to follow a research career path.

You will be required to teach on courses at both undergraduate and post graduate level, including such courses as Banking and Finance Law and Financial Services Law. In addition, you must also be able to teach least one core course on the LLB.  You will also play a role in curriculum development, including the evaluation, review and enhancement of programmes. You will have previous experience of teaching at HE level.

We are especially interested in hearing from candidates who have the potential to make a positive and creative contribution to research within the School of Law.
