The School of Psychology provides quality training in professional postgraduate programs and undergraduate psychology. It also has a strong research culture, with a record of achievement in research, as well as a reputation for teaching excellence.
The roles will support our professional programs which have a reputation for producing high quality graduates. Join a supportive team of the faculty in the clinical and professional psychology program that provides a key role mentoring and supervising intern psychologists in training. Undertaking teaching and research linked to this area and supervising students will also be a key function. Research experience and a record of research publications and funding, appropriate to the level of appointment, will be expected.
To succeed you will have expertise in the areas of clinical psychology, with a doctoral qualification, and be eligible to provide clinical supervision of provisionally registered psychologists. You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and research, highly developed communication skills and proven ability to work within a team. Evidence of leadership in academic programs or professional settings is desirable.
