Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for administrative support to various faculty members and the Department to include: calendar management, setting up conference calls, scheduling conference rooms, creating PowerPoint presentations, taking meeting notes, tracking clinical sessions, processing travel reimbursements. Additionally, the Administrative Coordinator will assist with website management and event coordination.  Front desk responsibilities will include: answering phones, directing callers, taking messages, signing for packages, welcoming visitors, referring guests. Incumbent may train and supervise work study students and will assist with other projects assigned by Administrative Director and Administrative Manager.

Required Skills

1-3 years of experience and Bachelor's degree required.
