Job Description

Support the branding initiatives of Boston University by leading and overseeing print and web projects in Creative Services, ranging from simple fliers to complete websites. Serve as primary liaison to clients, advising them on appropriate and cost-effective communications solutions. Maintain positive communications by proactively anticipating and negotiating solutions to potential problems. In conjunction with other Creative Services (CS) staff, develop project specifications, schedules and budgets. Ensure that clients are billed appropriately for all projects.

Required Skills

B.A./B.S., knowledge of print design process and requirements, as well as design and development, strong understanding of marketing principals, demonstrated computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet functions, excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under deadline pressure, strong interpersonal and communication skills and three to five years of experience. Agency experience preferred.
