Job Description

Facilitate the review process for the evaluation of external transfer credits submitted by admitted and enrolled students. This includes Advanced Placement exam score reports and college transcripts from both admitted transfer and freshman students. Provide direct customer service by phone and e-mail to prospective transfer students and their families regarding the college transfer evaluation process.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree, and strong attention to detail, good oral and written communication, ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and one to three years of experience in fast-paced customer service environment. Occasional evening and weekend work required.
