Clinic Financial Manager

The Clinic Financial Manager will serve as an onsite resource for clinical and operational personnel regarding the financial component of the DHC clinical information system, and the clinical operations, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex patient account ledgers. Additionally, the Financial Manager will make recommendations on the daily workflow and processes that impact the efficiency of operation of the clinic. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Produce financial reports and statements for the Operations Manager and Director regarding clinical operations. This includes, but not limited to, creating, generating and interpreting financial operating reports such as projected and actual revenue reports, provider productivity reports and clinic utilization reports.
Develop and monitor budgets and fiscal responsibilities with the Operations Manager and Director, monitor and track expenses and routinely conduct expense and business analysis.
Actively participate with the Operations Manager and Director in development and implementation of annual center goals while working with the other key GSDM employees to meet and achieve the centers goals.
Monitor and oversee collection policy and process and oversee collection of payments from patients and serve as a financial resource to the front desk staff and interact with patients and help resolve patient billing concerns.
Manage and track sick and vacation requests and accruals of faculty and staff and responsible for entering and overseeing weekly payroll.
Responsible for creation and monitoring of all purchase orders as well as reconciling all invoices and payment of all centers operating expenses.
1-3 years of experience and Bachelor's degree required.
