University College Birmingham are looking to recruit an Estates Facilities Operations Manager to join our Estates team. You will have significant experience in soft facilities or property management and compliance systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on all operational and estates/facilities matters. In addition you will develop and implement monitoring systems for operational and service delivery aspects of estates ensuring optimum performance is achieved.

You must be proficient in CAD or Revit and hold Membership of Chartered Institution of Building Service Engineers (CIBSE) or Membership of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or accredited / member of BIFM – British Institute of Facilities Management.

A flexible approach to work is required in line with the needs of the service.
