A unique opportunity for Space and Resources Manager have arisen within the Faculty of Science, Engineering & Technology. The position will be required to manage the physical allocation of resources of the Faculty, undertake space analysis to ensure allocated space to the Faculty is performing at its best. The incumbent will also undertake ad hoc projects as required.
The position will work closely with the Facilities & Services Group to source space and oversee minor works projects, the provision of on-boarding services for Research Higher Degree (RHD) students, work orders, desk and IT equipment allocations to all faculty stakeholders.
Skills and experience required
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate extensive experience in an administrative role which required coordination of a range of functions and provision of advice about, and development and interpretation of, policy and procedures, possibly in a tertiary education institution. Your previous experience in managing other staff, whilst communicating and working effectively in a team environment will be key to your success in this role.
