About the job
The University of South Australia continues to be the only university in the state to offer aviation as a tertiary qualification.
As the Aviation Operations Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for staff and students and you will provide a range of administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Aviation Academy. You will undertake finance administration, data maintenance and interpretation and will perform the role of Executive Officer at operational meetings.
Skills and Experience
With post-secondary qualifications in a relevant field or demonstrated administrative experience, you will have a strong understanding of providing executive support within a diverse organisation and have exceptional interpersonal and time management skills.
Previous experience in the aviation industry will be highly regarded.
