About the job
The Administration and Project Support Officer is a first point of contact for incoming enquiries to the Centre for Workplace Excellence. In this role you will provide executive support to the Director, as well as undertake a range of administrative services to support the activities of the Centre and its members, including research and grants, industry outreach and engagement activities, events, and special projects. You will assist in the coordination of multiple projects and events.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will be a proficient administrator with experience in project coordination and event management. You will have excellent communication skills, time management skills, conscientiousness, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise effectively with internal academic staff and administrative staff and external industry stakeholders
