The Faculty of Business, Justice and Behavioural Sciences covers a broad range of disciplines and is comprised of 6 Schools and 1 Centre – the School of Management and Marketing, School of Accounting and Finance, School of Computing and Mathematics, School of Policing Studies, Australian Graduate School of Policing and Security, School of Psychology and the Centre for Customs and Excise Studies.

The role of the Senior Subject Administration Officer is to ensure that students and staff are appropriately supported in the administrative processes related to subject enrolment and delivery by the Subject Administration Team.

The incumbent is required to develop a specialist working knowledge of subject and course regulations and requirements, and work collaboratively with Subject Coordinators and Subject Administration Team members to plan activities, identify issues, and streamline procedures and processes. As a member of the Faculty Administration Team, the Senior Subject Administration Officer provides support to other areas of the Faculty as required.

The Senior Subject Administration Officer is responsible for the day to day operations of the Subject Administration Team and for providing specialist support and advice to the Manager, Subject Administration Team.
