The role and your responsibilities

The role will involve developing, coordinating and implementing the successful delivery of discipline-specific programs for students from SNAP Schools, as well as workshops on aspiration building, pathway exploration and transition.

Some out of hours work and travel is required.

Skills and experience required

The ideal candidate will demonstrate understanding of community diversity, with the proven capacity to draw upon related skills and expertise to deliver equity programs that are targeted and responsive. Your event and project management skills and your ability to maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders will be essential to your success in this role. Furthermore, key to this role will be your excellent communication skills, including experience in public speaking and the proven ability to liaise at all levels with a culturally diverse group of people.

A tertiary qualification or significant relevant experience is required. A current driver's licence is essential. Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children check.
