Lead the student services effort for new on-line and special cohort student population. Serve as primary student contact. Oversee student advising and day-to-day communications and actions pertaining to serving our growing population of on-line students. This position is currently funded through June 30th, 2018 and is contingent on continuation of funding after that date.
BA/BS. Masters preferred. Three to five years of experience in student services and/or on-line programs. Excellent customer service skills.
