Administrative Assistant - Transcripts (Job Share)

This is a permanent, part-time (job share) position working 17.5 hours per week, Wednesday 12.00-3.30, Thursday 9.00-5.00 and Friday 9.00-5.00. and therefore the salary will be pro-rata to the salary shown.

The Administrative Assistant - Transcripts provides a high level of customer service within the Customer Services Team in Student Registry.

The main responsibilities of the role include responding to requests for transcripts, parchments and verification letters for students, past and present; providing support for room bookings and the examination processes; and being a member of the Student Services team based in the Palatine Centre reception on a rotational basis.
