The Human Sciences Administration Team works with staff across departments, faculty offices and central offices to build and strengthen the Faculty and to support the achievement of the Faculty strategic goals.
We are seeking an articulate and professional person to provide support to the Executive Dean. You will be flexible and resilient in your approach to meet the requirements of a fast-paced environment.
You will have exceptional organisational skills and be confident determining priorities in an environment of tight and conflicting deadlines. You will be a strong communicator and be able to demonstrate tact and discretion in dealing with a range of confidential and sensitive issues.

- Demonstrated experience in the provision of executive support at a senior level.
- Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (internally and externally) at all levels of an organisation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in addition to the ability to manage confidential matters with integrity and discretion
- Previous experience in supporting Boards and Committees including the preparation of agendas, board papers and meeting minutes
- A consistent track record of delivering high quality work and being accountable for the successful completion of tasks within realistic timeframes

Salary Package: From $77,894 - $85, 982 p.a. (Level 6), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.
