The Role

The Business Process Improvement Coordinator will conduct analysis and process mapping to support the development of a renewed College service model, with a focus on transforming the student experience. The incumbent will work closely with College and University stakeholders to define and align the College service model, enabling improved service delivery to students and staff.

Your Responsibilities

The role will support the analysis of business processes using relevant practices and standards and will coordinate the scoping of process improvement opportunities. The Business Process Improvement Coordinator will also contribute to the development of solutions and a proposed model for College services, and production of documentation relating to business process mapping and improvement opportunities. This role will include facilitation of workshops and consultation with College stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required

You will have a demonstrated experience in business analysis using project methodologies and knowledge of business requirements gathering, analysis and process mapping techniques. Furthermore, experience in building and cultivating effective partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders and excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills will be essential to your success in this role.
