The Role

Macquarie International is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced and results-driven Admissions Team. As the Admissions Team Leader, you will coordinate the admissions process and activities for a designated team aimed at ensuring the effective and efficient admittance of international students to Macquarie University programs.

The successful candidate will be competent in the face of ambiguity and loves a challenge. You will be positive, proactive and resilient. Furthermore, if you are an excellent communicator and enjoy using your initiative to problem solve, build relationships and improve processes, than this is the role for you.

Selection Criteria

  • Degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related discipline.
  • Significant knowledge and experience in student admissions in Higher Education.
  • Demonstrated skill and experience building and managing relationships.
  • Demonstrated achievement in the provision of quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and manipulating data and information to provide analysis to inform strategic decision making.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience leading a small team.

 Salary Package: From $77,894 – $85,982 p.a. (Level 6), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading
