Human Resources Assistant
- Full Time, Fixed term (until March 2018)
- Level 4 – $58,909 to $64,031 pa (Plus 9.5% Superannuation)
The Division of Human Resources facilitates and supports the attainment of the University’s strategic objectives by working in partnership with Faculties and Divisions to attract, retain and develop the staff required to meet business needs and by progressing leadership development, culture and change management within the University.
The HR Assistant position is part of the HR Service Centre team. The HR Service Centre plays a critical role in the Division’s communication and service delivery strategy as the first point of contact for University staff and prospective candidates across all campuses.
As a HR Assistant, you will be part of a busy team with responsibility for the administration of employment conditions and recruitment, records management, addressing general HR enquiries and referrals to the HR Liaison Teams and other HR Directorates.
You will have well-developed interpersonal and problem solving skills along with strong attention to detail. Experience working in an environment with high volumes and tight timeframes would be considered an advantage.
