A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated administration professional to make a real difference in the support of our postgraduate medical and physiotherapy students.
The successful applicant will be expected to provide advice and support to students and staff on student administration systems, policies, procedures and processes across all aspects of the student life cycle.
Working closely with health care partners you will have experience in customer service, problem solving and relationship management skills. With high attention to detail and strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, you will thrive in an environment supporting the health care environment through the education of students.

- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with proven ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of people using tact, discretion and confidentiality where necessary;
- Experience working in both administrative and customer service environments;
- Ability to exercise initiative and work both independently and cooperatively as required;
- Excellent written and spoken communication, including high attention to detail.
- Understanding of both the education and health care environments.
- Knowledge and expertise in the Microsoft Office suite, web based technology and database entry.

Salary Package: from $67,625 - $76,886 p.a. (Level 5), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.
