Applications are invited for the role of Research Associate in the School of Chemistry, to work in the group of Profs Michael Ashfold and Andrew Orr-Ewing in collaboration with University of Oxford colleagues Profs Mark Brouard, Claire Vallance and Stuart Mackenzie.
 
The Research Associate will undertake laboratory studies of photochemical dynamics using Coulomb explosion methods combined with velocity map imaging and covariance imaging methods. These measurements use Pixel Imaging Mass Spectrometry (PImMS) cameras (http://pimms.chem.ox.ac.uk/).
