Associate Director of HR (People Strategy)

As Associate Director of HR, you will lead the People Strategy hub and with the HR Director set the overall direction of the hub. This is a new role following the reconfiguration of the HR function to enable us, through our People Strategy to deliver the ambitious Corporate Strategy. Leading on organisational design, development and employee engagement, this role gives the successful candidate a chance to drive change in people management practices, behaviours and culture.
