We are looking for a versatile, flexible post holder with previous compliance experience to join our supportive and friendly Estate Management Team to coordinate and advise on a range of compliance services across our University sites.
This "hands on" role is responsible for the coordination and delivery of Estate Management legal compliance activities in connection with statutory testing, including but not limited to: fire alarms, emergency lighting, PAT testing, security alarms, legionella testing, asbestos register records and entertainment and alcohol licensing. The work will include daily testing of systems and assisting with the drafting of risk assessments where appropriate. You must be proactive, well organised and accurate with a customer focused, helpful and flexible approach to work.
