The launch of UniSA Online is an exciting new initiative for UniSA, with the establishment of a suite of online degrees incorporating new approaches to program design, delivery and student support. UniSA Online is a key component of UniSA’s Digital Learning Strategy which sets the goal to be recognised internationally as a leading university for its use of innovative digital technologies to ensure a high quality student learning experience.
The new unit will deliver high quality, supportive, flexible and interactive online education for students, and embodies the corporate values of innovation, client service and academic excellence.
About the Role
The Deputy Director position is a strategic management role, accountable for the overall coordination and leadership of a range of operational functions which will drive the success of UniSA Online. Exciting opportunities include establishing a brand new Corporate Services team, driving a culture of excellent customer service and instilling a business and solution focused approach across the functions.
Critical to the success of the role will be establishing strong partnerships with stakeholders across the University to ensure that UniSA Online identifies and responds to strategic opportunities.
Skills and Experience
Experience in the tertiary education sector is essential, together with success in managing large administrative or service delivery teams, budget management, change management and success in driving high profile projects from inception to delivery.
