About the job

The Process Analyst: Student Administration is responsible for process and system development, training, guidance and communication to student administration staff. Through this you will achieve effective and consistent application of student administration processes across the University and will help to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data held within the University’s student system.

Skills and Experience

Tertiary qualifications or equivalent skills and knowledge at an appropriate level are required. Your active participation in relevant professional associations demonstrating a commitment to further development of your knowledge and skills is also essential. You will possess excellent problem solving skills, a commitment to a customer service culture and the ability to manage complex information systems using analytical and information management skills with a high degree of computer literacy. An understanding of the Australian higher education sector, in particular the distinctive profile of UniSA, would be highly advantageous.
