About the job
The Program Officer is responsible for the coordination of specific programs offered by the Centre, including coordinating enrolments, Growth Experts, timetabling, program orientation, evaluation, materials, logistics, and budget. It is an integral role in the implementation of the Centre’s programs and project management of initiatives and supports business development and partner relationship management.
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have Tertiary qualifications in Business or an appropriate discipline, or the equivalent demonstrated knowledge and skills with solid project management experience.
A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal, and exceptional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience will ensure success in this role. The successful applicant will have high attention to detail, be driven, have a can-do attitude, and thrive working in a complex and fast paced environment.
While strong administrative and computing ability and outstanding organisational and time management skills are essential, knowledge of general University policy and an understanding of program management will be highly regarded. Experience using WordPress software is desirable.
