The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the Director of the Center for Research in Sensory Communication and Emerging Neural Technology (CRESCENT). This individual will be directly involved in assisting the CRESCENT Director in day-to-day activities; planning and coordinating events; managing and monitoring financial accounts; assisting with proposal preparation and award management; managing shared equipment and supplies; assisting overseeing casual employees; and assisting the CRESCENT Director in ad hoc tasks. CRESCENT supports a diverse set of researchers with different points of view who are located across the Boston University campus; therefore, the successful candidate will be customer service oriented, flexible, responsive, capable of handling multiple tasks and managing competing priorities, and interacting with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
1-3 years of experience and High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office required, and knowledge of SAP preferred.
