Play a key role in the success of the Office of Career Development and Public Service (CDO), serve as an ambassador for the CDO and Law School with employers in all sectors, students, and faculty. Responsible for all On- and Off-Campus Recruitment Programs, as well as the CDO's ResumeClinic and Mock Interview Program, and collaborate with other CDO team members on key additional programs. Conduct student and graduate employment surveys, as well as analyze and present the results for internal and external reporting. Manage the CDO budget, and train and supervise the CDO program coordinators and student workers.
Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred. Three to five years experience in legal recruiting or a related field. Strong analytical anddata management skills required, familiarity/proficiency with Excel and Simplicity preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills required. Strong financial management skills, and attention to detail, also required.
