About the role
The Graduate Services Coordinator (Mentoring) is primarily responsible for the co-ordination of the MLS Mentor Program. The Mentor Program is a core strategic service for both the University and Melbourne Law School. This highly successful program facilitates mentoring relationships between current MLS students and both alumni and non-alumni mentors for student career development and alumni volunteer engagement. This person will also have carriage of implementing the new University mentor system. In addition, this role project manages the bi-annual Masters' Orientation Program.
This role would suit an incumbent who is a strong administrator who thrives on building relationships with stakeholders and wants to take the next step in their career to specialise in a growing area for the University. You will bring a suite of skills that include strong organisational ability, event planning, data systems experience and networking with a broad range of stakeholders. You will be part of a team that delivers co-curricular programs to students in an environment that values excellence and outcomes.
