Salary is in the range £41,458 to £49,059 per annum inclusive of London Allowance

Applications are invited for the position of Lecturer in Organisation Studies or Human Resource Management in the School Management from applicants who will contribute to high quality research and teaching in order to consolidate and advance the School’s strong national and international standing.

We wish to appoint a scholar, educated to PhD level, with an emerging research profile to the post of Lecturer in Organisation Studies or Human Resource Management. The successful candidate will also contribute to our leading research in any one or more of the following research themes:
•    Intercultural and international perspectives on management
•    Sustainability, responsibility and ethics
•    Knowledge management and organisational learning
•    Critical and historical perspectives on management
Applicants are expected to have a developing track record of good quality research outputs published in peer-reviewed journals or other outlets, and the potential to further develop this track record, in an area of management that contributes to and/or complements existing research within the School.

This is a full time and permanent post, available from August 2017. The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
