General Manager - Admissions
About the position
Reporting to the Director of Student and Academic Services, the General Manager, Admissions is responsible for providing leadership, strategic oversight and operational guidance for the domestic and international student admissions function at Bond University.
This position will develop and maintain cooperative and collaborative partnerships internally with faculties, marketing and student recruitment as well as external with Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre, accreditation agencies and student recruitment agents. Whilst also effectively manage, lead, motivate and develop a team of ten (10) staff members.
About the person:
To be considered for this appointment you will be degree qualified, preferably at the postgraduate level with extensive strategic management and leadership abilities within a University or similar complex environment.
Significant experience and understanding of University admissions practices and exposure to tertiary admission centre practices is essential. Familiarity with relevant legislation governing domestic and international student regarding admission and compliance is also required.
You will have exceptional communication skills including stakeholder management and negotiation skills. You will be committed to providing and creating a culture of excellent service standards within a fast passed and challenging environment.

The remuneration range for this appointment is $105 420 - $115 195 pa, plus 17.5% superannuation and will be negotiated dependant on skill and experience.
