Continuing Full Time Appointment
Salary Level 9 $103,752 - $109,577 per annum
Plus 17 percent superannuation and 6 weeks’ annual leave

The Office of Student Administration and Equity Services (OSAES) manage all aspects of Higher Education admissions, enrolments, progression and fees. The Office also provides support services for students including student counselling, a careers and employment service, disabilities services and assisting with off-campus accommodation.
As the Manager, Equity Services you will be responsible for the day to day management of the University’s Equity Services. These services include the Disabilities Service, the Counseling Service, the Careers and Employment Service and the Off-campus Accommodation Service as well as the National Disability Coordination Officer program.
To be successful you require a postgraduate tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and extensive experience and/or an equivalent alternative combination of relevant knowledge, training and or/experience. As well as a demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor staff including allocating workloads and designing and implementing work and development plans for staff.
