The Student Services Manager (Exams/Timetabling) will be based in the Service Development Team within Student Services and will ensure the delivery of a number of services associated with the student journey. The role holder will use their practical and theoretical knowledge of specialised fields of Academic Process and/or Service Development to support the delivery of high quality services to students and staff.  The primary focus of this post will be in the area of Exams and Timetabling within Academic Processes.

Working within established policy and practices, analysis and judgement will be used to identify the best solution to differing problems and issues, offering recommendations for managing more complex situations. Role holders will contribute to customer service, continuous improvement and data management. There will be a need for liaison and the coordination of work activities across teams and departments across the University and with external bodies as appropriate.

Hours of work for this permanent post are 36¼ per week, normally 8.45 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday inclusive (with a one hour lunch break).
