Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Dean, this position is solely responsible for managing financial activities for the Executive Leadership Center (ELC). Manage and track budgets for all individual executive training programs, payment of all invoices and processing of purchase orders, review of travel expense reports, and liaising with student services. Responsible for preparing financial analyses of new and existing programs including trend analyses, developing budgets in response to new proposals, working with new clients directly to promote their understanding of program costs and options, and developing managerial accounting budgets for internal analysis. Work with the Associate Dean and Assistant Dean by assisting with the research and assembly of business development proposals, projecting revenue and expenses, and ensuring compliance with BU and Questrom policies and procedures.
B.A./B.S., business or accounting degree preferred, excellent administrative and organizational skills, demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines, strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, proficiency in QuickBooks, ability to work with a diverse client base and work in a fast paced environment and three to five years of prior administrative experience including bookkeeping.
