Boston University School of Law is hiring a part-time adjunct instructor to teach in the Law School’s new Corporate Counsel Externship Program, which will launch with students in Fall 2017. The instructor will teach the one semester seminar component of the Externship Program, as well as oversee the externship placements for participating students.
The ideal candidate for this position will have law school teaching experience, be a skilled supervisor and a seasoned attorney with corporate and/or law firm experience. In addition to student supervision in externship placements, the position entails developing and teaching a one-semester seminar focused on illuminating the major legal issues that arise in in-house practice, as well as the legal and professional skills needed to succeed in such positions.
