The Financial and Administrative Director will be in charge of the Financial and Grant administration in OFGA,. The incumbent will monitor and oversee all financial aspects of a particular department (s). Oversees budgets, fiscal planning, and the formulation of business strategy to include launch and implementation. Responsible for people management, recruitment, motivation, training and the development of staffing responsibilities.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervises the posting and maintenance of all accounting records, reconciles and balances all accounts with the statement of accounts generated each month and at the close of the fiscal year and supports with budgets analysis. Provides executive level support for technical system evaluation by identifying indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve the integration that best fits the needs for membership and class registration management, facilities scheduling, etc. for the purpose of boosting productivity and efficiency, cutting costs, changing processes or simply finding new ways to drive more revenue.
8+ years of experience and Master's degree required.
