A Manager, Professional Placements is required to act as an ambassador for the University, initiating, securing and developing Work Integrated Learning (WIL) relationships in collaboration with faculties, centres and corporate services areas. Under the direction of the Director, the Manager manages Work Integrated Learning programs and contributes to the Swinburne’s objective to be the partner of choice for the industries and communities we serve and actively contribute to Swinburne’s employability agenda.

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience within the tertiary education environment with particular emphasis on Work Integrated Learning. You are also required to have demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong working relationships.
