The Dean will provide academic and strategic leadership to the Business School aligned with the University’s key strategic priorities. The Dean will have a focus on cultivating an entrepreneurial, innovative and performance-oriented culture around research excellence, contemporary teaching and learning, postgraduate and undergraduate degree offerings and internationalisation. Fundraising, external engagement and actively supporting the UTS Social Justice policy will also be a critical focus for this role.
We seek a person with high level and sophisticated leadership experience which has been demonstrated in a complex and large institution. You will be an inspiring leader who engages readily with stakeholders, colleagues, peers and students whilst representing the Business School up to the most senior levels within and outside the university.
